Vehicle sealed system processing is applicable to A/C, Coolant, Brake, Power Steering, Clutch systems and more. Ensuring the systems integrity before the vehicle is filled with fluid and started up identifies leaks within the systems causing less downtime, spill cleanups, and ultimately warranty claims. These machines can be configured for cars, trucks, heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and EV’s or hybrids.
When coupled with our Dataserv software suite the user has a powerful tool for traceability, quality assurance, process control and access to production data as well as a user friendly HMI to observe the process.
Custom designed and built around industrial components these machines are ready for the harsh environment of a manfufacturing facility while also being capable of a repeatable process and long service life. They are available as stop stations, mobile systems, or with overhead carriers to follow the vehicle on a moving assembly line.
